We were returning home from skiing at Sugar Mtn. and we were starving. Just before we hit I26, my brother found Soulisa's on his Iphone. We live in Atlanta - home to dozens of excellent authentic Thai restaurants and were skeptical about the prospect of Thai food in Landrum, SC. Well - we ate our words, along with lots of some of the best Thia I've ever tasted. This place rocks: excellent food, cool atmosphere and great service. Soulsisa's has become part of our ski routine. Happy to have found y'all keep it up!
I live in Mill Spring and work in Hendersonville, which has several Thai and sushi restaurants. Although I haven't tried Soulisa's sush, I can say their green curry is the best in the area. The chicken and rice soup is by far the best I've ever had anywhere! The service is extremely good (I'm a stickler for having my table cleared of unwanted plates and glasses), prompt and courteous.
I have an account 20 minutes away from Soulisa's and detour often just to get the Spring Rolls, they really are amazing. I would say going just for those is well worth it.
My husband and I found Soulisas a couple of months ago and have been back every week since. It is a wonderful restaurant, the freshest food, deliciously prepared. Ask about the secret sushi menu and you will be pleasantly surprised. It is our favorite!!
I found myself in Landrum with my friend who was buying a car. He happened to be buying it from the family that owns Soulisas. We arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by a very friendly family that fed us some of the best Thai food I've had. There was enough for me to take home and eat for lunch the day after. This small town is very fortunate to have such a great Thai restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. I'm super glad that I got the place to try it.
This is the best Thai Food ever! If you like fresh spring rolls they make them to order and they are by far the very best I have ever tasted. All of the dishes and soups are excellent!
We came across Soulisa's Thai Restaurant in Landrum 3/28/2015. OH MY what a treat it was. From the fresh Spring Rolls to the Pad Ped (my pallet appreciated the spicy flavor. Not recommended for everyone.) The service was excellent and the restaurant was half full within MINUTES of them opening their doors. Soulisas is 40 minutes from our home ... but ... we will certainly be back and with friends.
I've eaten in a lot of restaurants around the globe and the food here is very well done. The lunch prices are really good for such huge portions.
Have visited Soulisas a number of times when they were in Tryon and now in Landrum. We hope you are there forever.
We had our office Christmas lunch at Soulisa's this year, and it was a big hit. The room in the back was perfect for our group and the bill was very affordable for our tight budget. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. So much better than having sausage dip and chicken tenders in the break room!
